How to Request Account Deletion
Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data through the app settings or by contacting our support team at info@ropeid.com. Once confirmed, account deletion is irreversible. All data associated with your RopeID® account will be permanently removed from our active systems according to our data retention policies.
Security and Processing Timeline
For your security, identity verification will be required via your registered email before deletion, and the process will be completed within 7 business days.
Please send the request from the email address registered to your RopeID® account.
