Review port and weather information for the call before lines go out.

Start the operation
Open a mooring operation and record what is used, where and by whom.

End the operation
Close the operation so the work is captured against each rope.

Follow lifecycle and report
Track rope lifecycles over time and generate reports from the recorded operations.
